Dealing with problems

SACE is the South African Council for Educators and aims to enhance the status of the teaching profession through appropriate professional development.


In an ideal world, your team would never experience problems but the reality is that they will. To be able to identify the different types of problems that can be faced in the workplace and see how a simple, 6-step approach can help to implement the right solution to ensure a problem gets fixed and stays fixed.

In this course you'll explore the kinds of problems that can arise in the workplace. You'll find out how to solve problems using a six-step process, and you'll learn how to cope when a crisis occurs. The course incorporates a range of supporting material to help you develop your skills, including web links and resources, as well as case study scenarios and an action plan to help you apply your knowledge to real situations.
